COSRX Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner is a gentle, alcohol-free spray toner with centella extract that soothes and hydrates irritated, sensitive, and tired skin. Thanks to its high concentration of Centella Asiatica hydrolate, the toner stimulates cell regeneration and helps normalize the skin’s hydro-lipid balance.

Main active ingredients:

• Mineral water from Jeju Island (82%) – a rich source of essential minerals that help deeply cleanse and hydrate the skin.
• Centella Asiatica hydrolate (10%) – has wound-healing properties, helps reduce scars and pigmentation, evens out skin tone, and combats couperose. Supports cell regeneration, regulates the hydro-lipid balance, stimulates collagen production, increases skin density and elasticity.
• Panthenol promotes skin healing, reduces redness and irritation, and has strong restorative properties.
