Delivery within Finland
You can choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you. Delivery within Finland is carried out via Posti, PostNord and Matkahuolto pickup points. Kosmos reserves the right to change the delivery method if necessary due to logistical reasons, availability issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pickup Point Delivery - Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord
You can collect your parcel from the selected pickup point. If you have provided a phone number, you will receive a text message or notification via the carrier’s mobile app once your parcel is ready for pickup. Otherwise, a delivery notification will be sent by email.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided by the carrier.
Your parcel will be stored at the pickup point in accordance with the selected carrier’s terms and conditions. If it is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to the online store.
Delivery time within Finland is usually 2–5 working days.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Finland is free for orders over €50 after all discounts have been applied. Orders with a final total below €50 (after discounts) are subject to a shipping fee.

Matkahuolto – 5,90 €
PostNord – 5,90 €
Partial deliveries
Kosmos does not use partial deliveries if one or more items in the order cannot be delivered. Instead, goods that are deliverable will be delivered and goods that are not deliverable will be refunded to you.
International delivery
In most countries, parcels are delivered to the pick-up point closest to the buyer's address. Kosmos reserves the right to choose the method of delivery of international parcels.

Order confirmation and delivery / receipt
After completing your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.
If you have not received the order confirmation, please make sure that your email address was entered correctly and contact Kosmos customer support so we can resend it. Please also check your spam folder.
Non-retrievable parcel
The parcel will be stored at the pickup point in accordance with the terms and conditions of the carrier.
If you have paid for your order but have not picked it up, your order will not be refunded.
Kosmos right to refuse orders
Kosmos reserves the right to refuse orders, for example, if the order includes discounts that you have not received directly from Kosmos, or to refuse product samples for recurring orders below a certain amount.
Force majeure
Kosmos shall not be obliged to execute the trade in the event of an obstacle that Kosmos cannot avoid or overcome or if the execution would require Kosmos to take actions that are not reasonable taking into account the customer's interest in Kosmos executing the trade. The Customer is also not entitled to compensation for damage caused to him due to Kosmos' delay or error if the delay or error is due to an obstacle beyond Kosmos's control which Kosmos cannot reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Kosmos did not nor could it reasonably have been avoided or overcome.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately notify our customer service of the error. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made about the product immediately at the Post office.
Exchange, right of return and complaints
Please always notify our customer service before returning any items. If you wish to make a return, contact our customer service via email within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer has a 14-day right of return for online purchases in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.
For orders within Finland, a return shipping fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover postal costs.
For international orders, the return fee will be based on the actual shipping cost to the destination country and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after delivery.
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return to Post office:
1. Write the cosmos return address & sender's (your own) address on the left side of the package.
2. Take the package to the nearest Post Office and tell at the counter that you want to return the package to Kosmos Beauty Lab Oy.
