How to use: 

  1. Use short upwards stroke in the direction of hair growth. 
  2. Start at the arch and work towards the tail of the brow. 
  3. Fill in any gaps and extend where necessary. 
  4. Use the soft-bristled spoolie to blend the brow for even, natural-looking definition.
