VT Cosmetics Cica Reti-A Essence 0.1 is a lightweight booster essence with retinol and centella, offering multifunctional benefits with strong anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects.

Thanks to the acids in its formula, this essence helps regulate sebum production, reduces the risk of acne, and gently brightens both post-inflammatory and age-related pigmentation.

With anti-aging action, retinol and bakuchiol work at a cellular level to stimulate renewal and boost collagen and elastin production. With regular use, skin texture becomes smoother, pore size is reduced, and fine lines and wrinkles are visibly softened.

Main active ingredient:

• Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate 0.1% - One of the most advanced and effective forms of retinol. It converts directly into retinoic acid upon contact with the skin, skipping intermediate steps, which allows for faster and gentler action. This multi-functional ingredient has anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating properties: it reduces acne risk, balances oil production, evens skin tone and texture by tightening pores and smoothing wrinkles.

Additional active ingredients:

• Cicahyalon™ Complex (hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica derivatives, and green propolis) moisturizes, soothes itching and irritation, reduces sensitivity and strengthens the skin barrier.
• Bakuchiol - a plant-based retinol alternative that promotes cell renewal, smooths texture, and evens skin tone without irritation. Suitable for sensitive skin.
• PHA (Gluconolactone) gently exfoliates dead skin cells, smooths micro-relief, and brightens pigmentation. Its larger molecule size compared to AHAs makes it ideal for sensitive skin.
• LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) — a milder derivative of salicylic acid with larger molecules for gentle action. It dissolves pore impurities, brightens sebaceous filaments, prevents blackheads, and smooths texture by reducing pore depth and size.
• Niacinamide slows melanin transfer to the skin surface, helping prevent dark spots. It regulates sebum production, reduces shine, tightens pores, and increases resistance to external irritants.
