The vegan toner contains plant-based ingredients such as dill extract, ceramide NP, panthenol, and fructans to provide soothing, powerful hydration and skin-tightening effects, while the water-based texture allows the nourish of the ingredients quickly penetrates into the skin. The moisture level of the skin is greatly improved with one use.

Main active ingredients: 

• Dill Extract: Contains antioxidants that help rejuvenate skin.
